I’m a writer and fine art photographer.

My photography practice spans 10 years, shooting with a variety of different cameras, primarily DSLR. A year ago, I began photographing my city for book research and began to imagine creating visual stories that revealed a moment of a woman living within the city. Both my writing and photography inform each other to create a world where magic and introspection collide.

My honours bachelor degree is in classical studies and anthropology. My area of specialty is 6th century Athenian black figure pottery. I am a self taught artist. Creating has always been a part of who I am. I started off in illustration taking courses at York University, the Art Academy in Toronto and the Toronto School of Art.

My love of illustration has never truly left and is incorporated into my photography.
